Airlie Beach Junior Lifeguard Program
The Airlie Beach Junior Lifeguard Program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of lifeguards within the vibrant Airlie Beach community.
Open to children aged 5 to 16, this exciting school holiday program runs over a two-week period and provides participants with an engaging experience focused on building essential life-saving skills, physical fitness, and leadership abilities.
Through teamwork, community service, and hands-on activities, participants gain practical knowledge in water safety, rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR while fostering personal growth and confidence.

Program Pricing
Program Pricing is per person attending the program.
Please be advised:
Uniforms are not included in the program fee and will incur an additional charge.
However, if your child already has a uniform (shirt and cap) from previous programs, there is no need to purchase a new one.
Uniforms are reusable for all future Junior Lifeguard programs and are required for identification purposes.
Additionally, stinger suits are mandatory for all water-based activities and must be supplied by parents.

Unfortunately, due to the increase in popularity of this program and limited volunteers, enrollment spaces are limited and do have a cut-off limit.
Those that did not make the cut off period will be added to a waitlist.
HOWEVER, with every volunteer sign up for the program, the cut-off limit may increase due to volunteers’ involvement.
